Preparation
1. Heat the milk in a pan.

3. Keep the flame at a simmer for 2 to 3 mins. Let the milk boil along with these spices for 2 mins.
4. Switch off the flame and strain the milk using a strainer.
5. Now add a 3/4 tsp of palm sugar to the milk and mix well. You can add honey instead of palm sugar.

Dates - 2 cups

Preparation

5. Switch off the flame and let the dates rest in the boiling water for 1 - 2 hours.
6. Strain the liquid from the soaked dates using a cheesecloth or a strainer.
7. Now mash the cooked dates well and filter them again.
8. Now add the filtered liquid back to the pan.
9. Keep the flame at a simmer for 15 mins and stir the content occasionally.
10. Switch off the flame after 15 mins or when you get the honey/syrup-like consistency.
11. Let it cool down at room temperature.
12. Now store the dates syrup in an air-tight container.
13. You can include this syrup in a salad topping, smoothies, juices, and milk.
4. Dry fruits recipes
Dry fruits help to make up a good immune system. Dry fruits contain a lot of nutrients and vitamins. Dry fruits are a good source of protein, vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
